The garage is the only enclosed unconditioned portion; covered porches are included under roof but not in conditioned living area. Current construction plans, specifications and the executed purchase agreement control final dimensions.
The home is marketed with four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The primarily one-level plan includes a private owner’s wing, guest accommodations and a conditioned suite above the garage.
Time-sensitive HVAC, plumbing, gas, wet-area, electrical, smart-home, appliance and outdoor-kitchen decisions may remain available when approved before the applicable rough-in is completed.
